Order confirmed
Check your email for the secure delivery link.
Checkout happens in Creem. Delivery happens there too. This page exists to reduce uncertainty after payment: what to expect, where the file arrives, and what to do if the delivery email does not show up.
What happens next
- Creem sends the order confirmation and the secure download link to the buyer email used at checkout.
- The buyer can also access the file through the Creem customer portal if that link is enabled in the order email.
- If this was the free sample, the same delivery path applies through the free product checkout.
If you do not see the delivery email
- Check spam, promotions, and any company filtering rules first.
- Wait a few minutes before retrying the purchase path.
- If the email still does not arrive, contact hello@leanta.ie with the order email and timestamp.
Refund and support
Refunds are human-gated and handled from the Creem dashboard. The public policy and guarantee conditions live on the refund page so the customer path is explicit before live launch.
