Refund path
Digital delivery is immediate. The guarantee is still explicit.
This policy covers three different cases: a guarantee-triggered refund, a delivery failure, and a straightforward cancellation before payment completes.
1. Guarantee-triggered refund
The public commercial promise is narrow: work through Phase 1, and if the pack does not get you to a bank-ready baseline, email us within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds on that basis are reviewed manually by Samuel through the Creem dashboard.
2. Delivery failure
If checkout completed but the buyer never received or could not access the file, support first attempts re-delivery or order reconciliation. If delivery cannot be restored promptly, the fallback is a manual refund through Creem.
3. Cancelled checkout
If the buyer leaves hosted checkout before payment completes, there is no charge and no refund is needed. The cancel page exists to make that path clear.
How to request help
- Email hello@leanta.ie with the order email and the approximate purchase time.
- Include a short note explaining whether the issue is guarantee, delivery, or mistaken purchase.
- Refund execution remains human-gated. No automated refund promise is made here.
