Immediate digital delivery, narrow guarantee, hosted checkout.

These terms are scoped to the static-site P6 build. They are written to match the locked architecture instead of inventing custom server or fulfilment logic that does not exist.

1. Purchase flow

Orders are placed through Creem hosted checkout. Card processing, receipt generation, and secure file delivery happen there rather than on this site.

2. Digital delivery and withdrawal waiver

This is a digital product delivered immediately after successful payment. Before live launch, the checkout flow must surface the buyer's consent to immediate delivery and waiver of the standard 14-day withdrawal right for digital goods once delivery begins.

3. Licence and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, the purchase grants access to the purchased digital pack for the buyer's own business use. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorised file sharing is not included.

4. Guarantee and refunds

The commercial guarantee is limited to the published Phase 1 bank-ready promise. Refund handling and delivery failures are governed by the refund page and are executed manually through the merchant dashboard.
