Card data never touches us. Buyer data stays in named systems.

This notice is intentionally narrow to the locked P6 architecture: static product pages, Creem hosted checkout, and exportable list handling through EU-located tooling.

Data map

Card data: processed only by Creem as the hosted merchant-of-record checkout. We do not collect or store card details on this site.
Buyer purchase data: name, email, country, and order details are processed through Creem for contract performance and order delivery.
Free sample and nurture list data: exportable into Brevo, hosted in the EU, for explicit marketing consent workflows.
Product files: delivery is handled through Creem's secure file-hosted download flow for this build path.
Analytics: anonymous, cookieless usage statistics via Umami — aggregate page and event counts only, no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking.

Named processors and locations

Creem — hosted checkout, order processing, delivery email, secure downloads.
Brevo (EU / France) — export target for list operations when marketing consent is used.
Umami (cloud.umami.is) — privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics; aggregate page and event counts only, no cookies, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles.

Lawful basis

Contract: processing required to complete an order and deliver the product.
Consent: any marketing list or nurture use beyond the purchase itself.
