From clipboard to control room
A floor lead photographs the day's hand-written sheet. It lands in
secure storage; an AI step reads the handwriting and grades its own work, asking the manager two or three
precise questions only when it's genuinely unsure — then cascades on its own into a live floor dashboard
that refreshes every cycle. A human steps in at exactly one point: the moment judgment is needed.
Ours: a self-improving read · a human gate where judgment earns its keep · paper → live display, with
monitoring and fallbacks at every hop.
Hospitality
From “apply” to “onboarded” — hands-off, never decided for you
One gate scaffolds every hiring round into the same clean loop, and the
paperwork writes itself from application through to the probation review. The system watches how each advert
performs and emails the owner to ask permission before it changes a single ad — it never screens a person out
on its own. It ships documented, so the next hire inherits a working system, not a drawer of notes.
Ours: privacy by design · one-action candidate export · a human approving every outward decision · a loop you
could hand to a new hire on day one.
