Manual reports out.
Dashboards in.

Self-updating OEE and KPI dashboards, the manual weekly report eliminated, and a human gate exactly where judgment is needed. Built on eight years of food manufacturing and a Six Sigma practitioner cert.

The system, not the spreadsheet.

Three things, wired together so the floor sees the truth every cycle without anyone re-keying it.

OEE dashboard

Availability · Performance · Quality

The three OEE components and their roll-up, refreshing from source data on the floor — not a number someone types in on Friday.

KPI reporting

Weekly reports, auto-generated

The report you currently build by hand, produced from the underlying data with planned-versus- actual and end-of-day reconciliation baked in.

SOP automation

Checklists & workflows, human-gated

Repeatable workflows with verification, monitoring, and a fallback — and a person approving anything irreversible.

From clipboard to control room.

A capability we build for production floors — sanitised, but real in every mechanism.

Manufacturing · production reporting

A self-running production-reporting line

A floor lead photographs the day’s hand-written sheet on the phone already in their pocket. It lands in secure storage; a watcher wakes the workflow — no button, no upload. An AI reading step turns the handwriting into a clean, structured record and sharpens with every run, grading its own output and leaving itself an improvement note. When something’s genuinely unclear it doesn’t guess — it asks the manager two to four precise questions, then cascades on its own into a live floor dashboard that refreshes every cycle. A human steps in at exactly one point: the moment judgment is needed.

Ours: a self-improving read · a human gate placed where it earns its keep · a clean cascade from a paper sheet to a live display, with monitoring and fallbacks at every hop.

Is it a fit?

We’ll tell you honestly on the call. Roughly, it looks like this:

Good fit

  • 20–200 person SME, recurring production runs
  • KPI / OEE reports built manually each week
  • Food, FMCG, or other process manufacturing
  • Data exists somewhere — it’s just not flowing

Not a fit yet

  • Under 10 employees, one-off project work
  • No existing data sources to automate from
  • Looking for a one-time bot with no measurement

No commitment. We’ll tell you honestly if it’s a fit — or point you elsewhere.
