LEANTA · Continuous by name
Continuous by name.
Continuous by design.
LEANTA is the Irish word leanta — the past participle of lean, “to continue, follow, extend.” The name is the whole strategy: Lean Six Sigma systems that keep going, and keep improving, after we leave.
Between two failures the owner already distrusts.
Most operators have been burned by one of two things. LEANTA is built to be neither.
vs. hype-merchant AI agencies
They sell a bot, take the fee, and vanish. No measurement, no rigour, nothing that survives the first awkward edge case.
vs. traditional Lean consultants
Slide decks and binders. The moment they leave, the gains decay and it’s all manual again by the next quarter.
LEANTA’s claim: the system stays and keeps improving itself. Measured like Lean, automated like software. Most rivals can do one side — the wedge is doing both, and proving it with numbers you own.
Built on real floors. Not slide decks.
Two verticals with a working system already built — anonymised until each client signs off — and one we’re expanding into next. We sell from what we’ve built, not from promises.
Hospitality · built
Independent guesthouse
A recruitment + KPI workbook system for a small independent guesthouse in Slovakia — hiring pipeline, compliance, and operating metrics in one place.
Manufacturing · built
Multi-line bakery
OEE and KPI reporting automation for an industrial bakery in Ireland — manual reports out, self-updating dashboards in, with a human gate where judgment is needed.

The expansion vertical
Same engine, new sector. The Lean-plus-automation loop doesn’t care whether the output is rooms, loaves, or callouts.
What we believe. How it shows up.
Measure first
No change without a baseline and a number. If we can’t measure it, we don’t claim it.
Eliminate waste
Every step earns its place. Muda has no home here.
Systems over heroics
A process beats a hustle. The win that depends on one tired person isn’t a win yet.
Human in the loop
Automation always ships with verification, monitoring, a fallback, and a cost cap — plus a human gate on anything irreversible.
Plain truth
Show the data, the cost, and the trade-off. No buzzword soup, no fear-selling.

15 years on the floor.
Then I built the system.
Fifteen years running hotel operations, then eight in food manufacturing, taught me the same lesson twice: the gains never came from working harder — they came from a process that held after I walked away. I trained as a Six Sigma practitioner to measure it, then learned to automate it so it kept improving on its own. LEANTA is that method, packaged so a small business can run on it without an enterprise headcount.
Systems that keep getting better.
Not a one-off project. A loop that runs after we leave — and we publish the whole method, because a method hidden in a binder dies on the shelf.
Measure
Map the value stream. Baseline every metric. No change without a number.
Automate
Zero-employee workflows, with a human gate on anything irreversible.

The system monitors itself, flags drift, proposes the next fix. No exit dependency on us.
