Samuel Vyhnánek spent over fifteen years in Irish hospitality — from 2004 until just before the pandemic — across four- and five-star hotels including Stillorgan Park, the Glenview, the five-star Radisson Blu St Helen's, the five-star Powerscourt Hotel Resort & Spa, and the four-star Clayton Whites (Dalata Group), where he finished as Front Office Manager. Forecasting, occupancy and front-desk P&Ls were the day job, not theory. With a degree in Hospitality Management (TU Dublin) and a later career in operations and data analytics, he built the granular, Ireland-specific planning model he'd always wished existed.
