Retry, wait, or walk away
- Retry from the product page if the checkout was closed by accident.
- If a card was declined, use the retry path in the hosted checkout rather than resubmitting multiple duplicate orders.
- If the buyer wants clarification first, the product, terms, privacy, and refund pages stay public and linked.
Support path
If a buyer believes a payment was captured but no delivery followed, they should contact hello@leanta.ie with the checkout email and approximate time so the order can be reconciled in Creem.
